Welcome to Venture Out Beach Rentals! Let us be the first to welcome you to Panama City
Beach, Florida.  Venture Out is a family oriented resort.  We welcome adults over 25 years of
age.  We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults under 25.

Deposits
A deposit by Master Card/Visa of $250.00 (Reservations over 5 nights require 1/2 of total
down)   is required to hold a home.

RENTAL FEES
In addition to the nightly rental rate, each booking will be charged a cleaning fee and 11.5%
sales tax will be charged to your invoice for each rental. We do not allow tenant cleanings.
Cleaning Fees:
1 bedroom homes: $45.00 Cleaning Fee
2 bedroom homes: $75.00 Cleaning Fee
3 bedroom homes  $80.00 Cleaning Fee

Minimum Night Stay - 3 Nights during June & July. All other Months - 2 night minimum stay

Park Registration:
A $30.00 registration fee will be charged as you enter the Park. This is payable to the
Venture Out office. If you arrive after office hours, this fee is due the following day by 10:
00am. This is a separate fee from any fees associated with Venture Out Beach Rentals and
will be collected by the Venture Out Resort office. NEW REGISTRATION FEES –
(These are collected by the Venture Out front office).
1st Car - $30.00 – 2nd Car $20.00 – 3rd Car $100.00 (if you bring extra cars, please know
these fee’s will apply at the time of check in.



Golf Carts:
Golf Carts may not be brought onto the Venture Out Resort property. Only golf carts that
are included with a rental unit may be used within the property. Leaving the property in strictly
prohibited. In order to operate a golf cart YOU MUST HAVE a valid drivers license and
be at least 16 years of age. Golf carts are provided as a convenience for commute on the
property only. Continuous cruising and/or abuse of a cart is prohibited. Non compliance of
the golf carts rules will result in the forfeit of the cart.  

Golf Cart Deposits:
If your unit includes a golf cart, you are required to have a credit card number on file with the
Venture Out office.  The credit card will be charged for violations.


Cancellations:
Reservation deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior
to arrival.   Early departure does not warrant a refund. Venture Out Beach Rentals does not
refund deposits or early departure due to inclement weather. No exceptions.  All reservations
are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Check In/Out:
Check in is at 3:00 pm.  Early check in is subject to availability.
Check Out is at: 11:00 am. - You must check out in a timely manner. Guests who check out
late may incur additional fees.

House Keeping:
All units require a cleaning fee. We do not allow tenant cleanings. Please leave each home as
you found it. Please wash and put away all soiled dishes. Any homes left in poor condition will
incur an additional cleaning fee charged to your credit card.

3 bedroom homes  $80.00 Cleaning Fee

Linens:
We do not provide linens. You will need to bring your own bed sheets and bath towels. None
of our properties include linens.

Occupancy Limit:
No more than 6 persons per unit. This is Florida Fire code.

Waiver  
Property owners, Venture Out Management and Venture Out Beach Rentals, will not be held
responsible for acts of theft, vandalism, or other damages to guests' personal property or items
left at the vacation property. If an item has been accidentally left at the property, please
contact us.   Every effort will be made to mail it to your home.


ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING.

No pets are allowed.
