Water craft fees are payable to Venture Out office not Venture Out Beach Rentals
WATER CRAFT & BOAT DOCK RULES
1. All trailers and boats or other water crafts must be registered in the office, be in good
operating condition, have a venture out round decal or hanging parking pass placed on the trailer
tongue and on water craft clearly visible from the dock, have current State Registration Sticker
and numbers attached to watercraft and all trailers have current License Tags attached to trailers,
when required. This is required so that security knows that your boat and trailer belongs in
Venture Out or tied up to the dock.
Registration Fees Per Water Craft: Owners on the deed do not pay. All other
family members, guest or renters must pay $20.00 for the 1st day and $15.00 for each
additional day at Venture Out. (Sept.—Mar. 31st ) 30 days or more stay is $150.00 per
month.
2. The Dock should only be used for short term moorings on a first come first serve basis.
After 7 days (14 days Oct.1 to Apr.1), the boat must not tie up to the dock for two days other
than loading or unloading. Then you can use the dock again for another 7 day period. At NO
time can renters or guest use the 10 boat slips located at the end of the dock. These spaces are
available for owners on the deed only (not family members). Boats Only, No Personal Water
Crafts.


3. No vehicles or trailers may be left in the daytime parking lot (next to the boat ramp) past
11:00 pm. The dock on the left (west side) and the first 50 feet of the new dock is for loading or
unloading only. (tie-ups for no more that 15 minutes)
4. The boat ramp should not be used for boat washing, only quick rinse offs. There are two
spots marked for boat or vehicle washing at the front of the boat storage area.
5. Children (under 12) should not be on the dock without adult supervision.
There is “No Swimming, Diving or Jumping”, also, “No Fishing, Fish Cleaning, Netting, or
Trapping allowed from dock”. (Fish Cleaning could result in a fine of up to $5,000 by EPA.)
Use our Fishing Pier for all fishing activities.
6. Watercraft Trailers must either be stored at the unit driveway or you must rent a space in our
900 area from the office. ($2.00 per day Oct-Feb./$3.00 per day Mar.-Sept.)
7. Electricity should only be used for battery charging and power tools, No air conditioners.
8. No open or closed utility trailers may be parked in the 800 area now used for boat storage.
VIOLATIONS: 1ST TICKET IS WARRANING, 2ND TICKET IS FINE OF
$50, BOAT WILL BE LOCKED UP UNTIL FINE IS PAID, 3RD TICKET,
BOAT BANNED FROM THE PARK FOR 6 MONTHS.
A Florida Fishing License is Required for Boat or Dock Fishing.
