Bookings are not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from Venture Out Beach Rentals. You must be 25 Years or Older to rent a home. ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING AND NO PETS. For properties located within Venture Out - the down payment to hold a unit is $250.00. If you are booking more than 7 nights, the down payment is $500.00. For all other properties the down payment is 30%. For Venture Out Resort, the maximum occupancy is 6 persons per home. For all other properties, the maximum persons varies per property. Please look at each property's description for more information.
